This is my best colour combination in this challenge !I used 5" X 7" card; cut a 6 1/2" x 4 1/2 piece of light blue Stripe paper; adhere the two 5" ribbon on top and bottom of light blue Stripe paper. Center adhere this piece to top of card. Cut a 2 1/2" x 5 1/2" dark blue Stripe paper then matt it on a dark blue cardstock; decorate with snowflakes stamp and embosse it using clear powder: adhere on the right hand side of the card. Embellish with bows and stamp words.
